US SHIPPING
FREE US SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $20
We offer everyday FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $20. Orders below $20 ship for $3.99.
Items ordered and paid for will ship within 2-5 business days. We currently only ship within the United States, using USPS First Class Package service. Shipments are usually delivered within 3-5 business days after it leaves our facility. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided to us.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
Returns
We want you to be totally satisfied with your order and if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please contact us at hello@liively.com within 14 days of your order delivery date.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Original shipping costs are not refunded on returned items. Please include a copy of the original order confirmation in the package. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of the notification email sent to you, acknowledging that your return has been processed. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
